NewTex Environmental was formed to be the premier provider of septic, waste, and wastewater services in the Northeast and Texas. We are growing our business by acquiring small and medium sized septic & portable toilet service providers who want to partner with us to either grow or exit their business.

He has experience in both small businesses and large, including as a CFO in rapid growth environments, including commercial services. He has a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University and a Masters of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
With over 15 years of experience in the engineering services industry, we have successfully completed numerous projects across a diverse range of sectors including construction, energy, and transportation.
Our team is actively seeking businesses that meet the following criteria:

Headquartered in New England or Texas
Offers core services that include septic services, including pumping, repair, maintenance, installation, etc. and portable toilets
